Want To View An Apartment?
- We have an online
application to view an apartment. It will tell us a little about you, how to contact you, and when the best time is for you to see the
place.
- We'll get back to you shortly, answer your
questions, and confirm the date and time of the appointment. We will
also give you the
address of the unit, which is not listed anywhere on this site for the
privacy of our tenants.
- If you've booked an appointment and can't make
it to the viewing, let us know as soon as you do. In addition to
wasting our own time waiting for someone who's not coming,
it's a great inconvenience to the current tenants of the apartment. We
won't be mad... just let us know.

Ready to Apply to Rent a Place?
- Download our application to rent an
apartment, or pick up a printed copy at your viewing.
- It's best to see the apartment before applying. We
don't generally rent to anyone we haven't met. Likewise, it's not
a great idea to ever commit to living in a place you've never seen.
- You can fill the application out by hand or on
your computer, as it's in MS Word format. Before we can formally accept
an application, however, it needs to be signed by you. You can make arrangements
to drop it off, bring it to your viewing, or scan it
in and send it to us at glebe@RentItFrom.com.
- The more complete your application, the easier
it is for us to come to a good decision quickly. However, we understand
people’s concerns about privacy in the modern world. If there are
sections you would rather deal with face to face at a later date,
that’s fine… just let us know. Don’t assume that you need to leave
off information from your past that you think would scare off most
landlords. We’re most interested in who you are now and where you’re
going next.
