(really... and we hardly had to threaten them at all...)
These are unsolicited comments gleaned from e-mails over the years.
it is a very nice level of respect and privacy and safety I am THRILLED to hear... and further enforces my impression that you truely care for your tenants not just their rent cheques. It has been many years since I have had this sort of feeling about landlord… pics were nice but the apt is really nicer than they portrayed… I cant believe I am THIS EXCITED to move!!!
You and Chris alone make that place more than worthwhile to stay at, I cannot express how awesome you two have been as landlords! =D
I do want also to thank you guys. This past year has definitely been fun, we couldn't have asked for better landlords. You have both been very helpful anytime we've needed something and have handled all of our issues in good time and in good spirits!
I really wanted to say thank you again for choosing us as your tennants... we feel very, very lucky to have come in contact with you... and the more we get to know about you, the happier we are... you and Chris are great people and we're glad to have you as landlords.
